Apple is looking for a reporting lead for our Environment, Policy and Social Initiatives team. This role would lead reporting and accountability for Apple’s environmental initiatives, and support engagement on our broader social initiatives. You will have a deep background in environmental reporting standards and norms, environmental compliance, strong written and verbal communication, and a deep understanding of the global environmental landscape.

In this role, you will:
Lead the development of Apple’s global programmatic and product environmental initiatives, working across teams to track progress towards stated goals and ensure accuracy of data.
Manage submissions to key external bodies tracking corporate sustainability efforts.
Contribute to internal and external communications strategy around Apple’s environmental work.
Help drive strategic direction with the global teams.
Identify and develop key areas of opportunity across Apple’s external ecosystem to advance environmental progress.
Profil
7-10 years of work experience in environmental, ESG or CSR reporting, environmental compliance, for a large company, governmental entity or NGO, or in an agency setting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Deep understanding of global environmental standards, policy and regulations (renewable energy, circular economy, material safety) from a government, non-profit or corporate perspective
Experience working in cross-functional teams and resolving issues/ working towards agreements
Meticulous attention to detail & strong ability to retain and contextualize detailed information
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
Experience developing content for websites
Effective meeting facilitation skills
Experience working across the suite of Apple software, and additional external reporting tools
BA/BS and/or MA/MS in environmental policy, environmental science, environmental studies or related field preferred.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $152,100 and $271,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
